Thank you for shopping at Goke. We use The Courier Guy Locker (pudo) network to offer you a highly affordable, secure, and convenient shipping option across South Africa.
1. How “Locker-to-Locker” Shipping Works
Instead of waiting around all day for a courier to arrive at your door, your order will be delivered securely to your chosen smart locker. You can then collect it on your own schedule.
- Step 1: At checkout, select the “Courier Guy Locker (pudo)” shipping option.
- Step 2: Visit The Courier Guy / pudo Locker Map to find your preferred locker.
- Step 3: Copy the exact name and location of your chosen locker and paste it into the “Order Notes” section at checkout.
Note: If you do not specify a locker in the notes, we will default to shipping your parcel to the locker closest to your provided shipping address.
2. Shipping Rates & Timeframes
- Flat Rate: R60 nationwide.
- Processing Time: Orders take 1–2 business days to pack and dispatch from our warehouse.
- Delivery Time: Once dispatched, it takes 1–4 business days for the parcel to reach your destination locker, depending on whether you are in a main hub or a regional area.
3. Crucial Collection Rules (The 36-Hour Window)
Once your perfume arrives safely at your selected locker, you will receive an SMS and Email notification directly from The Courier Guy / pudo containing a unique PIN code or QR code.
- The 36-Hour Deadline: You have exactly 36 hours from the moment you receive the PIN to collect your parcel from the locker.
- Expired PINs: If you do not collect your parcel within 36 hours, the courier will retrieve it and send it to the nearest Courier Guy Depot or Kiosk.
- Unclaimed Parcels: If your package is sent back to the depot because it was not collected in time, you will be liable for a reshipping/handling fee to have the parcel sent out again.
4. Fragrance Packaging & Safety
Because perfume is classified as a flammable liquid, we take extra care to adhere to strict transport safety guidelines:
- All bottles are heavily padded with protective bubble wrap and securely boxed to ensure zero leaks or breaks during transit.
- Parcels are clearly marked to comply with standard ground-transit regulations.
5. Tracking Your Order
The moment we drop your package off at our local locker, we will email you a waybill number. You can track your parcel’s journey live via The Courier Guy Tracking Portal.
