Welcome to Goke (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website www.goke.co.za and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Trademark Disclaimer & Product Nature

Independent Creations: Goke competes with designer brands but does not use their fragrances. Our products are independent creations (“inspired by” or “dupes”) formulated to mimic similar olfactory profiles.
No Affiliation: We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the designers, brands, or manufacturers of the original fragrances mentioned on our Site.
Trademarks: All product names, trademarks, and registered trademarks of third-party designer brands mentioned on this Site are the property of their respective owners. We use these names solely for comparative purposes to give customers an idea of the scent character and olfactory notes. We do not represent our products to be the exact original designer fragrances.

2. Product Accuracy and Use

Scent Variance: Because our fragrances are unique formulations, they may not be identical to the designer scents they are inspired by. Variations in longevity, projection, and subtle notes are to be expected.
Allergy Warning: Fragrance ingredients are listed on the packaging. It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredients to avoid allergic reactions. We recommend doing a patch test on a small area of skin before full application.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time.
We accept payments via various payment methods. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

4. Shipping and Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) Policy

Flammable Liquids: Because perfume contains alcohol, it is legally classified as a hazardous material (Hazmat) for shipping.
Shipping Methods: Due to shipping regulations, our perfumes must be shipped via ground transportation. Express or air shipping is not available.
Restrictions: We currently only ship to South Africa. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military bases due to carrier restrictions on flammable liquids.

5. Returns, Refunds, and “Scent Match” Policy

Due to the sanitary nature of cosmetics and strict shipping regulations regarding flammable liquids, our return policy is as follows:

Preference Returns: We do not accept returns or offer refunds if you simply do not like the scent or feel it does not perfectly match the original designer scent, provided the product has been opened or sprayed.
Unopened Products: You may return unopened products in their original, sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund (minus shipping costs).
Damaged Items: If your bottle arrives broken or leaking, please contact us at gokemanagement@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with photographic proof, and we will arrange a replacement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Goke shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our products. This includes, but is not limited to, skin irritation, allergic reactions, or dissatisfaction with the scent profile.
